On the relevant screen, in the listbox on the left, double-click the '< Create new ... >' item at the top of the listbox. Alternatively, click on the '< Create new ... >' item and click 'Select' button at the bottom of the list. This will take you to a new screen with empty/default-valued items on the right hand side. Fill in the values, and then click 'Save' to create the new item. If you want to create another new item, click 'Save and create another...'.
To change the display order of personalities or signatures on the Personalities and Signatures screens, click the heading for the column that you wish to order by. To reverse the sort order, click the heading again. The column used for sorting is marked with '\/' (descending) or '/\' (ascending).
These tell you which direction that particular column is sorted in. \/ means sorted descending and /\ means sorted ascending. You can reverse the order of an already sorted column by clicking on the column heading again.
The 'Items' popup allows you to jump to another page. Not all items are displayed on one page, since you may for instance have thousands of messages, so this popup allows a subset to be displayed at a time. To display more items, use the 'Rows to Display' popup.
